• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates and others;

• Information we receive from state or federal entities; and
• Information gathered during the course of inspecting the property you wish to insure.

The information that we collect about you is important in evaluating your insurance coverage and rates, servicing your policy, and settling claims.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as permitted by law. In the course of conducting business we may disclose to other parties certain information about you. These disclosures are only made in accordance with applicable laws, and may include disclosures to reinsurers, administrators, our contracted service providers, consultants and regulatory or government agencies.
